I’m currently subletting my fully furnished and a year ago fully renovated apartment for 6+ months located directly on S Bahn Storkower (Kiez: Friedrichshain)

-Altbau apartment 43qm
-fully furnished +equipped
-location: ground floor+black out blindings, quiet backside of the building near gardening houses (literally full of green surroundings)
-inclusive is whole kitchen with all electronic devices (oven+stove, washing machine, fridge)
-bathroom: perfect state+bathtub

Rental period:

Begin is possible within 01.07.2023 .
Length is preferably longterm of 6+months, longer period over 6 months of renting is freely negotiable, depending on the tenant and their needs.

Requirements and expectations:

- no party or loud people, very quiet building with rather elderly citizens
- transparent and polite communication wanted, since anything may happen at any point - repairs etc. (I d gladly be informed on time)

Deposit is due to 1 month.
Anmeldung is possible only after agreement of staying long term, exceeding period of 6 months, surely you can forward your post.
