i want to leave asap my nice flat in Bern Liebefeld. I leave because I divorce.

You could get the flat from July the first. the flat will be 1583 CHF with charges.
If you stay from July to November. (the flat will be empty.. but you could arrange something) , I could negociate something under 1500 with internet, electrity etc..
I am flexibel.

The Liebefeld district is very quiet : no bigs roads. the flat ist between Liebefeld Bhf and Köniz Bhf, migros/coop, banks, all what you need.
it's closed to a forest...
you walk 3 minutes and you reach the next bus station which brings you to the train station/city center.
15 minutes from the city center and fron the train station by bus, S-Bahn oder bike.
a big places where you bring lot of stuffs ( a cave and a big big place under the roof)
if you have a car you could ask the agency if they have one for you. otherwise it s a blue zone area : you have to buy a year 'parc-ticker' then you could parc where you want.
