zur umgebung
die wohnug liegt in dem schönen, ein bisschen alternativen stadtteil langendreer wo es einen wunderschönen stadtpark, einen see und auch einen sehr schönen wald gibt. zum weggehen empfehle ich den bf-langendreer (Kulturzentrum, disco, kino, cafe, aber auch die matrix ist kein schlechter ort zum weggehen. ansonsten ist die stadt nicht weit.

zur Verkehrsanbindung
man läuft zur s-Bahnstation langendreer west 8 min
fahrt zum hbf 5min, zur rub gibt es ne busverbindung (12min), man kann aber auch gut über den hbf fahren (fahrtzeit 16 min.)zur uni dortmund sind es nur 10 min mit der s1. uni witten sind es ca. 40min.

The Flat:

70 m³ all in all. A big living room, corridor, kitchen and bath + bathtub . The surrounding quarter, called Langendreer, is a little alternative and contains a beatiful park, a lake and a small forest among other attractions. If the urge to dance and/or drink strikes you, the "Bahnhof Langendreer" a cultural centre of no small renown is not far, as is the Matrix (an alternative Disco) and downtown.


Transportation:

Bochum Central Station is easily reachable by Train with the S1, travelling time is ca. 5 min.
The Ruhr Uni Bochum is not that far either, as the bus takes aprox. 12 min. to get there.
Other universities easily accesable are the TU Dortmund (10 min. by train) or the Uni Witten (40 min.)




Shopping:

Lidl - 5 min.

Netto – 5 min.

Kaufland – 15 min.

Aldi – 15 min.

Turkish Supermarket – 5 min.

All by foot.

Es ist sehr ruhig in der Wohnung und die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt wenn man mal lauter ist ;)
