Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung in der Altstadt (Bornheimerstr) zum Einzug ab 01.07.2023 oder früher nach Vereinbarung.
Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG, ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit offener Küche und Wohnzimmer. Es gibt ein kleines Schlafzimmer und auch eine Treppe, die zu einem zusätzlichen Schlafplatz/Ecke führt.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Toilette und einem weiteren mit einer Dusche und einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet. In der Toilette gibt es einen Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine. Im Allgemeinen ist die Wohnung für eine Einzelperson oder ein junges Paar geeignet.
Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert. Zur Miete gehören eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Schrank und ein Kleiderschrank. Es gibt auch einen Keller im Erdgeschoss.
Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Penny im Frankenbad), Edeka und Straßenbahnanschlüsse (Stadthaus und Bonn West) sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We are looking for the next tenant for our apartment in Altstadt to move in from 01.07.2023 or earlier by arrangement.
The 2-room apartment is located on the 4th Floor (4.OG), is an attic apartment with an open kitchen and living room. There is a small bedroom and also a stairs leading to additional sleeping space/nook.
The bathroom comes separated with a toilet, and another with a shower and a large bathtub. In the toilet there is a connection to install a washing machine. In general it is suitable for a single person or a young couple.
The apartment is unfurnished. It rent comes with a fully-fitted kitchen and a cupboard, and a wardrobe. There is also a basement downstairs.
Supermarkets are close by (Penny im Frankenbad), Edeka and connections to public tramlines (Stadhaus and Bonn West) are within 10-min walking distance. The Hauptbahnhof can be reached by 20-min by foot.
