Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
da wir im April zurück nach Berlin ziehen werden, suchen wir ab 15.April einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne kleine Wohnung in der Bonner Altstadt. Die Wohnung hat 40 m² Wohnfläche und besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer und einer Küche, in der auch genug Platz für einen Esstisch vorhanden ist sowie einem modernen Badezimmer. Die ganze Wohnung wurde vor ca. 1,5 Jahren komplett saniert, verfügt über schöne helle Holzdielen sowie sehr hohe Decken mit Stuck. Zudem haben wir eine nagelneue Küche eingebaut, die noch 23 Jahre Garantie hat! Die Küche verfügt neben fünf Schränken über ein Cerankochfeld mit Backofen, einen kleinen Kühlschrank sowie eine Spülmaschine. Für die gesamte Küche müsste demnach auch eine Abschlagzahlung von 1.000 € geleistet werden. Zusätzlich dazu gibt es auch noch ein paar weitere Möbelstücke (ein Kleiderschrank, Gardinen, eine Deckenlampe und ein Badschrank) die zusammen für 200 € abzunehmen wären.
Weiterhin gehört zu der Wohnung ein kleines Kellerabteil und es steht ein Fahrradkeller zur allgemeinen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

since we will move back to Berlin in April, we are looking for a new tenant from April 15th for our beautiful little apartment in the old town of Bonn (Altstadt). The apartment has 40 m² of living space and consists of a large bedroom and a kitchen, which also has enough space for a dining table, as well as a modern bathroom. The whole apartment was completely renovated about 1.5 years ago, has beautiful light wooden floorboards and very high ceilings with stucco. In addition, we have installed a brand new kitchen, which still has a 23-year warranty! The kitchen has five cabinets, a ceramic hob with oven, a small fridge and a dishwasher. For the entire kitchen, a down payment of € 1,000 would have to be made. In addition, there are also a few more pieces of furniture (a wardrobe, curtains, a ceiling lamp and a bathroom cabinet) which must be bought together for 200 €.
Furthermore, the apartment has a small basement and there is a bicycle storage available for communal use.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt in einer der schönsten Straßen der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bars, Restaurants und Cafés findet Ihr in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Dies war für uns damals besonders wichtig, da man so schnell und zu Fuß am Stadtleben teilnehmen kann und schnell neue Kontakte knüpft. Durch die neu verbauten Fenster findet man trotzdem immer leicht in den Schlaf. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist grandios: man ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten entweder am Stadthaus oder an der Station Rosental. Auch zum Zentrum ist es nicht weit, dorthin benötigt man lediglich 10min zu Fuß. Für uns ist die Altstadt mit ihrer entspannten Atmosphäre mit Abstand der schönste Stadtteil Bonns.

The apartment is located in the middle of the “Altstadt” in one of the most beautiful streets in the city. Shops, bars, restaurants and cafes can be found in the immediate vicinity. This was especially important for us when we moved here, because you can participate in the city life so quickly and on foot and make new contacts very easily. Nevertheless, it is still always easy to fall asleep thanks to the newly installed windows. The connection to the public transport is great: it is less than 5 minutes walk either to the “Stadthaus” or to the station “Rosental”. Also, you can reach the city center in only 10 walking minutes. For us, the “Altstadt” with its relaxed atmosphere is by far the most beautiful district of Bonn.
Zusätzlich zur tollen Lage muss man bei dieser Wohnung auch noch die wunderbare Hausgemeinschaft mit erwähnen! Alle Hausbewohner sind stets sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, so dass man immer jemand hat, der mal die Pflanzen gießt, beim tragen hilft oder einem bei einem Bier Gesellschaft leistet.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten einen Reinigungsservice für das Treppenhaus sowie einen Hausmeisterservice, der sich um die Mülltonnen kümmert, so dass dort nichts von den Mietern erledigt werden muss.

Auch solltet Ihr für den Vermieter eine Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft, eine Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung sowie einen Gehaltsnachweis bereit haben.

In addition to the great location, we have to mention the wonderful neighbours! They are all very helpful and friendly, so you always find someone willing to water your plants when you are away, who helps with carrying heavy stuff or will keep you company with a beer or coffee.
The “Nebenkosten” include a cleaning service for the stairwell and a concierge service to take care of the trash cans, so you don’t have to worry about that.
