2 Zimmer Wohnung in Bad Godesberg

Die gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Küche und Bad liegt im 1. OG rückseitig zum Garten und Züge hin. Küche und Wohn-/Schlafbereich sind getrennte Räume. Die Räume sind schön hell. Die Schlafzimmern sind 10 und 15m2 groß. Ich habe keine Ahnung, dass sie für WG geeignet oder nicht. Aber wohnen wir jetzt als Pärchen. Die Haustiere ist vom Vermieter nicht erlaubt.

Besichtigungstermine sind an folgenden Tagen möglich: 27. bis 29. November jeweils ab 15 Uhr bis 20 Uhr. Bitte melde dich vorab bei mir, damit wir einen Termin vereinbaren können.

Die Wohnung liegt im Bad Godesberg (Bonner Str.) in der Nähe Supermarkt and viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Bushaltestelle ist weniger als 3 min entfernt und Bad Godesberg Bf ist ca. 10 min, PlitterdorferStr. U-Bahn ist ca. 5 min entfernt.

Da ich kurzfristig ausziehe werde ich einige Möbel zur Übernahme hinterlassen. Es kostet €300. Dazu zählen Küchenschränke, Große Kommode, Schlafsofa , Regal und Waschmaschine. Alle Möbel sind gepflegt. Ich bevorzuge, wenn Nachmieter meine Möbel übernehmen :)

Das wäre nett, wenn ihr die Nachricht über euch wie Name, Älter, und Beruf (wenn Sie Student sind, sagen Sie wie bekommen Sie die Miete pro Monat) und einen Besichtigungtermin.

I would like to offer my cosy apartment in Bad Godesberg from 1st December 2019 on behalf of my landlords. The rent is €745 warm rent included internet and all utilities. Pets are not allowed from the landlords. It is perfect for a young student or working couple. For me, it is quite hard to looking for an apartment for a couple in not too expensive rent and got a big room like this :)

The apartment is 55m2 with 2 bedrooms (big bedroom is about 15m2 and the smaller one is 10m2), kitchen, living room and bathroom. There will be a cost for existing furniture €300 : washing machine in basement, sofa, kitchen cupboards and big wardrobe. I would love if next tenants take my furniture too :)

The location is also convenience to reach directly to Bonn Hbf by Buses, trains or subways. The supermarket is nearby less than 2 mins walk. The bus stop is 3 mins walk. The train station (Bad Godesberg Bf) is about 10 mins walk.
