Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand (vor 2 Jahren komplett renoviert) und zudem sehr schön hell. Ich suche für den Zeitraum eines Jahres einen Zwischenmieter, da ich Bonn beruflich für ein Jahr verlassen werde.
The top floor apartment is in very good condition (2 years ago completely renovated), and also very nice and bright. I'm looking for a one year period an interim tenant, because I will leave Bonn professionally for one year.

The apartment has a very good connection (only about 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Konrad-Adenauer-Platz). There are also within 5 minutes walk several supermarkets, shops and bars of the city center of Bonn/Beuel and the Rhine as a recreational area.
