- Schlafzimmer: ca. 15 qm, Bett, Kommode, Schrank, Regal, zwei große Fenster zu einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße
- Küche: ca. 10 qm mit Herd, Ofen, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Blick in einen grünen Innenhof sowie zum Rhein und in Richtung Siebengebirge
- Wintergarten: ca. 5 qm mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof
- ein weiteres großes Zimmer (Wohn- und Esszimmer): ca. 30 qm, Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Wandregale
- Bad: ca. 4 qm, befindet sich im Treppenhaus (alleinige Nutzung), Dusche, Badewanne, übliche Ausstattung

- winter garden: approx. 5 sqm with view into the green inner courtyard
- another large room (living and dining room): about 30 sqm, dining table with 4 chairs, desk, sofa, wall shelves
- bathroom: approx. 4 sqm, located in the staircase (sole use), shower, bathtub, usual equipment
The apartment is rented to non-smokers only, no pets are allowed.

The apartment is located in a nice quiet residential street parallel to the Rhine, which is also visible from the apartment. To the Rhine is less than 1 minute walk. To the old town of Bonn with restaurants, cafes and bars it is about 5 minutes walk. To the city center of Bonn you walk about 10 minutes. There are bus stops (SWB, Beethovenhalle), as well as a streetcar stop (Wilhelmsplatz) in less than 5 minutes on foot.
