Zentral und ruhig - Wohnen in der Bonner Südstadt!

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in bester Bonner Südstadtlage zwischen, da ich für eine Weile ins Ausland gehe und nur wochenendweise in Bonn bin (etwa 1x im Monat).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau in der ruhigen Schloßstraße mit Blick ins Grüne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants, sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Autobahnanbindung sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mir geht es vor allem darum die richtige Person als Zwischenmieter zu finden - eine zuverlässige, vertrauenswürdige, saubere, sympathische Person, die nach einem gemütlichen zu Hause auf Zeit sucht - vielleicht sogar jemand der pendelt oder gelegentlich reist, so dass ich nach Absprache (wenn möglich, flexibel) etwa 1 Wochenende im Monat selbst im schönen Bonn sein kann. Diese Tage werden selbstverständlich anteilig von der Miete abgezogen.
Das Einzugsdatum ist relativ flexibel, da richte ich mich gerne auch nach der geeigneten Person.

Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert oder möbliert vermietet (gerne können auch ein paar Möbel mitgebracht werden).
Folgendes wird in der Wohnung bleiben:
kleine Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, kleiner Ofen, Bett, Sitzbank, Schreibtisch, Regale, Badezimmerschrank, Couch.

Folgendes kann in der Wohnung bleiben:
Mikrowelle, Kleiderschrank, zusätzliches Bücherregal

Die Mietdauer beschränkt sich zunächst auf 6 Monate und kann im Anschluss verlängert werden. Bei Interesse bitte per Email melden. Ich bitte um eine kurze persönliche Beschreibung. Wir können dann im Laufe dieser Woche (vor Sonntag) einen persönlichen Termin vereinbaren.

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 560 Euro (inklusive Strom, Gas und aller Nebenkosten für Müllabfuhr, Treppenhausreinigung etc.)

I am subletting my apartment in the "Südstadt" neigbourhood Bonn, as I will be working abroad for a while and will visit Bonn occasionally (about 1 weekend per month).
The apartment is located in an old building in a quiet street overlooking green gardens. Shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport, as well as motorway connection are close by. My main concern is to find the right person - a reliable, trustworthy, clean, friendly person looking for a cozy home away from home - maybe even someone who needs a temporary place, commutes or occasionally travels. That way we might be able to arrange that I can visit Bonn myself (around once a month, flexible). Of course this would be deducted in proportion from the rent.
The move-in date is flexible (preferably sooner than later), but also depends on the needs of the appropriate person.

The apartment is rented furnished or semi-furnished (if you like, you can bring some furniture).
The following will be staying in the apartment:
small kitchenette, refrigerator, small stove, bed, sofa, desk, shelves, bathroom cabinet, couch.

The following can stay in the apartment:
Microwave oven, wardrobe, additional bookshelf, small TV

The initial lease term is limited to 6 months and may be renewed thereafter. If interested please send me a personal email with a detailed description of yourself and we can arrange a viewing before this Sunday.

The total rent is 560 Euros - and includes all costs (electricity, gas, community costs, e.g. rubbish, cleaning of staircase etc.)
