Die Wohnung besteht aus vier Zimmern: zwei gleichgroßen, die entweder als zwei Schlafzimmer im Rahmen einer WG, oder als Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer benutzt werden könnten, einem kleinen Gästezimmer und einer geräumigen Küche, wo es genügend Platz gibt, um eine kleine Wohnnische einzurichten (früher war ein Sofa neben dem Kühlschrank). Die Decken sind hoch, wie es einem Altbau ziemt. Dusche und WC sind getrennt; war für uns kein Thema.
The apartment is comprised of four rooms: two, equally-sized, can be used either as two bedrooms in a communal living arrangement, or as bed- and living room; a small guest room; a sizeable kitchen, where there is enough space to set up a small living space (a couch was previously next to the fridge). The ceilings are high, as is characteristic for buildings of this era. Shower and toilet are behind separate doors; this was, for us, no problem.
In der Bonner Innenstadt, 10 Gehminuten vom Hbf entfernt, 7 falls der Zug in 7 Minuten da sein soll. Discounter (Netto) 100 yds nördlich, es gibt auch einen nagelneuen Rewe am Friedensplatz. Nächste Straßenbahnhaltestellen: Stadthaus oder Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz (2 Min.), unzählige Buslinien verkehren am Friedensplatz. Rhein: 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Bitte auf die Sogwirkung achten, die durch die Bewegung der großen Schiffe entsteht.
Located in downtown Bonn, 10 minutes to the main train station by foot, 7 if you walk fast. Discount supermarket located approximately the length of one football field away, new mid-price market located at Friedensplatz. Nearest tram stops: Stadthaus or Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz, ca. 2 minutes away. Bus connections at Friedensplatz. Rhine: five minutes by foot. Please keep in mind that the barges create a strong undertow.
The apartment will remain fully furnished; everything stationary stays...the stationery on the desk is not stationary, that goes with me. We acquired the furniture from the previous renter for 800 euros and would like to receive the same from you. Let me know if you need a bicycle: if you do, you can have it, provided I have not been able to sell it yet. The rent is very low for such a location and such an apartment; we got very lucky. I hope to cede this apartment to a few kind souls. The landlord prefers students. Heat and electricity: approx. 90/mth.
Die Wohnung bleibt möbliert. Wir haben das Möbel vom Vormieter für 800 Euro übernommen: wir hoffen, die Ausgabe auszugleichen. Sag mir bitte Bescheid, falls Ihr einen Drahtesel braucht: Ihr könnt in den Genuss eines Hochleistungshollandrads kommen, es sei denn, ich habe es schon verkauft. Für diese Gegend ist die Miete extrem günstig; wir hatten großes Glück. Ich wünsche mir, die Wohnung an einige Freundlichen zu übergeben. Der Vermieter zieht Studierenden vor. Heizung und Strom ca. 90/Monat.
