Due to a stay abroad, I am looking for a reliable subtenant for my furnished two-room-apartment from April 1st to September 30th 2018.
The flat (65 square meters) is convenient for a single person or a couple only, but not for flat-sharing communities or wheelchair-users.
The apartment is located close to downtown (Bonner Südstadt). The centre, the university, the Goethe Institute, and shops of the daily need (REWE, DM, Lidl, Netto, etc.) are close-by. Buses, tramways, trains and the highway can be reached quickly.
The apartment is divided in a big entrance area, 1 bedroom with a queen-size-bed, a living room with access to the terrace and the big community-garden, a fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, coffee machine, rice cooker, toaster, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and an underground parking place. In the basement, a common laundry and a drying room are available as well as a bicycle room.
The rent of 1050,-€ includes all additional charges (water, electricity, internet, parking, etc.). The deposit costs 2000,-€.
