2-Zimmer-Wohnung für Zwischenmiete, Juli/August

Hallo,

Ich biete meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Braunschweig für die Zeitraum Juli/August an. Bin am Urlaub und bin ziemlich flexibel mit Daten und die Preise ist auch verhandelbar.
Die helle Wohnung hat alles was man braucht: ein Wohnzimmer, ein Bettzimmer, eine Küche mit Esstisch und Banken, Ein DuschBad mit Waschmaschine, und viele große Fenster. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist um die Ecke, wie das Bushaltestelle. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß (15 Min.) oder mit Rad erreichbar, und mit dem Bus ist man an der TU oder HBK in 5 Min. und in 15 Min. am Hauptbahnhof.

I am offering my 2 room apartment in Braunschweig for sublet for the month of July. I will be on holiday and would like someone to take over my place. I am pretty flexible with dates and the price is also negotiable. :)
The apartment consists of a hallway, a central living room, a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen with a table and benches, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and big, bright windows. There is a shopping center around the corner which has everything you could need, and the bus station is also just down the street which connects you to the main station (15min), the TU (5min), and the HBK (5 min). The inner city is reachable by foot in 15 minutes or by bike (My bike will also be here, if you need it!).
