kleine 2 Zimmer-Whg möbliert in Hastedt

Wir vermieten zum 1.8. 2021 eine möblierte 2 Zimmerwohnung die unten im Haus ist. Wir selbst wohnen oben und freuen uns auf eine nette Hausgemeinschaft. Sie wird semesterweise vermietet und kann bis Ende Feb.22 oder direkt bis Ende August '22 gemietet werden. Danach kann normalerweise der Vertrag einfach verlängert werden.

Die Whg hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer. Vom WZ geht die Küche ab. Das zur Whg gehörende eigene Bad liegt im Flur und nicht in der Whg. Man muss dazu sagen, dass zwischen Wohnzimmertür und Bad aber 50cm liegen und man jetzt nicht lange durch einen Flur läuft. Es ist ein Altbau. Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal für eine Person berechnet, für ein Paar passt die Wohnung auch gut- WG geeignet ist sie aber nicht da das Wohnzimmer ein DurchgangsZimmer ist zur Küche und zum Bad In den Kosten sind die Nutzung der Möbel, Nebenkosten und auch WLAN mit eingeschlossen.

Die Uni erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad ganz gut oder mit der 2/10+ Bus 22.

We are renting a furnished apartment from Juli or August until end of Feb ´22 or until the end of August ´22. The contracts are limited but can be normally be prolonged.
Rent calculated for one person but if you like you can share it. It might fit to a couple but not for a shared flat because there is just one small bedroom and you have to cross the second one to go to the kitchen or bathroom. In case you want to rent it as a couple the rent would be 590€ including WIFI.
The contract is made for the time span mentioned (1-2 semestre) but can usually be prolonged.

The flat has a bedroom and living room and next to the living room you ll find the kitchen. The bathroom is in the hall - so not IN the flat- but is totally yours and the door is just 50cm next to the entrance. The apartment is furnished Trams are 2 (citiy centre)and 10 (main station).
We live upstairs and can help with places to go or everything else. We'd like a respectful "living together in a house" atmosphere but everyone of course has seperate and own apartments!
