es passiert tatsächlich, dass unsere WG sich auflöst und unsere liebe Wohnung frei wird.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer:
ca. 16qm
ca. 12qm
ca. 19qm
Außerdem eine frisch ge-upcyclete Küche (siehe Bilder), einen super sonnigen Balkon und ein fensterloses Bad mit Badewanne. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 große Kellerräume und es gibt für die ganze Hauspartei einen Fahrradkeller. Außerdem stehen die Waschmaschinen auch im Keller-waschraum.
Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall WG-geeignet, ob ich dabei hier zu dritt oder zu zweit mit Wohnzimmer (oder wie auch immer ihr das aufteilt) wohnen wollt, ist ganz euch überlassen.

We are leaving our sweet flat! It has 3 rooms: 12/16/19 square metres as well as a freshly redesigned kitchen (selfmade upcycling, go see the photos!) and a bathroom with a bathtub. You get 2 big cellars as well as one separetely for bikes. Your Washing machine will be in the cellar aswell!
It's a great flat to share between 2 or 3 peple, depending whats more important: cheap rent or a living room. Thats up to you!
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich günstig gelegen, mit den Bussen 25 und 22 oder den Straßenbahnen 10 und 2 kommt man in nur 10min zum Hbf und in ca. 7 Gehminuten zum Viertel wo der bär bekanntlich steppt. Zur Weser/Deich ist es auch nur ein mal umfallen. Hat also quasi Strandnähe!
Wir haben direkt umme Ecke n Netto oder wer mehr auswahl mag geht 2 minuten weiter zu Rewe. Ein Kiosk ist auch nicht weit, falls man um Mitternacht plötzlich n schmachter haben sollte.

the flat is located pretty good, you can catch the busses no. 25 (to central station in 8min) or 22 (to uni in 16mins) or the tram 2 or 10 and you only need circa 7mins walking to get to the quarter called viertel, where theres plenty of bars, cafés, pubs and restaurants. the river weser is also just a few minutes away, where you can go for nice walks or spend some time on sunny days.
very close to our flat you have different supermarkets to choose from (netto is a bit cheaper and closer, rewe is a little further away (5min) but has more to choose from) you can also find a kiosk that has opened til late and on sundays.
Wir lassen die Küche gern hier, bis auf den Kühlschrank. Also habt ihr schon mal einen Geschirrspüler. Der Ofen gehört zur Wohnung. Auf dem Balkon steht außerdem ein kleines altes Sofa, das könnt ihr auch gern behalten.
50€ Abstandszahlung für den hängenden Küchenschrank, den wir euch auch dalassen würden.

We would like to leave the kitchen here, besides the fridge. You'd have the dishwasher and the oven, which belongs to the flat. On the balcony we'd leave you a sofa.
We'd take 50 € für the hanging cupboard in the kitchen, that you can have.
