Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage im Stadtteil Clausthal und in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Uni. Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Nebenstraße mit Einbahnregelung.
Zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden und ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen mit Anbindung an Goslar oder Osterode sind in 3–5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is centrally located in the Clausthal district and within walking distance of the university. It is a quiet side street with one-way traffic.
Numerous shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity and can also be reached on foot. Bus stops with connections to Goslar or Osterode can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes.
Unseren Mietern steht eine Münzwaschmaschine sowie ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist mit WLAN ausgestattet. Ein Fahrradschuppen steht auch zur Verfügung.
