für den Zeitraum von Anfang September 2024 bis Mitte Februar 2025 möchten wir unsere 66 m2 große Wohnung untervermieten. Der Zeitraum kann nach Absprache angepasst werden. Die Wohnung hat viel natürliches Licht. Jedes Zimmer hat mindestens ein Fenster. Die Wohnung wird möbliert zur Untermiete angeboten. Wir lagern alle persönlichen Gegenstände ein. Auch unerwünschte Möbel können nach Absprache eingelagert werden.

Spiegelschrank, Kommode, Queen Size Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, 2 Nachtschränke, Kratzbaum

Hello dear apartment hunters,
We would like to sublet our 66 m2 apartment for the period from the beginning of September 2024 to mid-February 2025. The period can be adjusted upon agreement. The apartment has lots of natural light. Every room has at least one window. The apartment is offered furnished for subletting. We store all personal items. Unwanted furniture can also be stored if desired.

Mirror cabinet, chest of drawers, queen size bed, desk, office chair, 2 bedside cabinets, scratching post
2) Living room
Dining table, desk, office chair, couch, 2 carpets, television, 2 Ikea shelves, chest of drawers, scratching post
3) Kitchen
Stove, oven, high table, 2 chairs, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various small appliances
4) Bath
Washing machine, bathtub, 2 small shelves
5) Hallway
1 mirror cabinet, 1 cupboard, shoe cupboard

Die Verkehrsanbindungen der Wohnung sind ideal. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Tram. Ansonsten läuft man 8min zum Cottbus Hbf. Supermärkte wie z.b. Netto sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 5min zum nähsten Kaufland und 10min zur BTU. Das Wohnhaus hat einen Fahrradschuppen im Hinterhof. Wir schätzen die Lage vorallem, weil man von hier aus schnell in den Eichenpark und an die Spree kommt (zu Fuß 15min, Fahrrad 5min).

The apartment's transport connections are ideal. The tram runs right in front of the front door. Otherwise it's an 8 minute walk to Cottbus main station. Supermarkets such as Netto can be reached quickly on foot. By bike it takes 5 minutes to the nearest Kaufland and 10 minutes to BTU. The house has a bicycle shed in the backyard. We particularly appreciate the location because from here you can quickly get to the Eichenpark and the Spree (15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike).

Wir suchen jemanden (1-2 Personen) der/die vertrauenswürdig und verantwortungsvoll ist. Das ist uns wichtig hinsichtlich des Umgangs mit der Wohnung an sich, und auch nur fair gegenüber unseren Nachbarn. Die Untermieter wird über einen in Absprache erstellten Untermietvertrag von beiden Parteien erstellt. Eine Katze kann nach Absprache gern mit einziehen.
Folgende Unterlagen werden zum Abschluss des Untermietvertrags benötigt:
Zahlungsbeleg der Kaution (1 Monatsmiete)
3 Gehaltsnachweise oder ein gültiger Arbeitsvertrag
Kopie des Personalausweises
Private Haftpflichtversicherung

Since we are subletting the apartment furnished, we are looking for someone (1-2 people) who is trustworthy and responsible. This is important to us in terms of how one treats the apartment itself, and also only fair to our neighbors. A sublease agreement will be created by both parties. A cat is welcome to move in by arrangement.
The following documents are required when concluding the sublease agreement:
Proof of payment of the deposit (1 month’s rent)
3 salary slips or a valid employment contract
Copy of ID card
Private liability insurance
