+++++Das Haus+++++
Das Haus liegt in Arheilgen, etwa 3 Min Fußweg zur nächsten Straßenbahn- und etwa 10 Min zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle und ist wie folgt eingeteilt:
Erdgeschoss: Großes Wohn-und Esszimmer, Küche, Kleines WC und Garten, alles zur Mitbenutzung geeignet.;)
Im 1 OG wohnen deine beiden zukünftigen Mitbewohner (Studenten). Die beiden teilen sich ein Schlafzimmer und haben jeweils noch ein eigenes Zimmer. Das Bad im 1 OG enthält eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die du selbstverständlich benutzen darfst.
Im 2. OG wäre dein Bereich. Dieser besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer (incl. Bett und Schrank), einem Badezimmer mit Dusche, einer kleinen Küche und einem Wohnzimmer(mit Couch und Tisch). Außerdem steht dir ein sehr großer Balkon zur Verfügung (ebenfalls mit Tisch und Stühlen).
P.S. Im Keller befinden sich drei Räume fürs Werken, Spielen (es steht ein Billard-Tisch / Tischtennisplatte) und zum Abstellen ;)

Einen Parkplatz/ Stellplatz steht dir auch zur Verfügung

The house is located in Arheilgen, about 3-minute walk to the next tram and about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn stop and is divided as followed:

Ground floor: large living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden, all suitable for shared use.
Your two future roommates (students) live in the 1st floor. They share a bedroom and each have their own room. The bathroom on the 1st floor contains a washing machine and dryer, which you can of course use.
Your area would be on the 2nd floor. This consists of a large bedroom (including bed and wardrobe), a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen and a living room (with couch and table). You also have a very large balcony at your disposal (also with a table and chairs).
P.S. In the basement there are three rooms for work, games (there is a billiard table / table tennis table) and for parking :)
