Perfectly suited for singles or couples: my 2.5-room apartment with about 60 m², which I offer from April for a year for interim rent, because I'm going on a trip.
The approximately 60 m² of my 2.5 apartment are spacious and open cut and offer plenty of room for free development. The apartment itself is located on the top floor and allows a wide view over Dresden. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable (corner sofa, hammock, music system, flat screen, strong WLAN, very nice Sheesham furniture...). And yes, there is also a large tub in a bathroom with window and washing machine. And in the bedroom you can even look at the stars from the bed because of the slanted walls.
If you are looking for more storage space, you will also find it, because the apartment has an extra room that can be used as a storage room.
The apartment is located on Lösßnitzstraße and thus within walking distance of the trendy district of Dresden Neustadt, where numerous shopping and nightlife options can be found. You are therefore close to the action, but also quickly has its peace. In addition, all major streetcar and train connections, as well as larger city parks are within walking distance.
Available is the apartment for a period of 12 months, starting from April. However, we can talk about flexible move-in and move-out dates.
Electricity and internet are already included in the service charges. Other costs - apart from the deposit - are not incurred.
