Total size of the shared flat is about 80 square meters. 3 rooms between 25, 16 and 16 sqm large reception area with kitchen (3o€). I'm just a landlord, do not live there. Steinbacher Str.35, 01157 Dresden, Large hallway with fitted new kitchen, fridge, stove. In front of the living room you can sit in the garden. So far, a small family with a child lived in the apartment for 8 years, only then as a student working. Parking space (30 €) in front of the house is mandatory.
