The apartment is very beautiful big and quiet, with two rooms 17 and 18 sq meter. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and several cupboards. There is a big corridor entrance (flur). A small storage room is also there with washing machine and drying space.
The house is close to Gutenberger strasse tram stop (3 min walking) with access to bus 62. Netto and Diska are 100 m away (5 min by walk). Tram stop Sacchenalle is 10 min by walk with access to tram 6 and 13.
The neighbours are very friendly and quiet. There is also a garden at the back of the building with the possibility of barbeques in summer.
