Da ich Dresden und die Wohnung leider verlassen muss, Suche ich einen nette Nachmieter für eine schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung auf der Stollestraße in Löbtau-Nord, Dresden.
Die Wohnung liegt in ganz ruhiger Gebiet und ist auch sehr sonnig.
Internet und Strom muss man selber anmelden. Aber ich kann meine Internet Vertrag auch überweisen.
Eine Einbauküche, sowie ein Kellerraum stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Die Küche hat auch Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine.
Auch geeignet für paar und nach Absprache von der Vermieter könnten zwei Bewohner auch hier gut zusammen wohnen.

As I need to leave Dresden. My 2 room apartment is free for occupancy from 1st of April 2019. The apartment is in Löbtau-Nord, Stollestraße.
The apartment is in a very quiet area but easily accessible vie public transport. The apartment also receives also receives a lot of sun light.
Internet and electricity must be registered on your own. However, the existing Internet connection can be transferred when needed.
The apartment has its own kitchen, washing machine and fridge (not to be paid for). It also has your own cellar place.
The apartment can be rented by a pair and can also be shared by two people after confirmation from the land lord.
Die Wohnung ist im 2 Etage.
Gleich um die Ecke ist ihr zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – Rewe, Netto, Kaufland. Ebenso befinden sich in der Nähe einige Pizzerien, Dönerläden, Subway, etliche Bäckereien..
Haltestellen Bünaustrasse und Conertplatz sind ca. 5 Gehminuten. Tharandter Straße und Burgkstrasse sind 10 Gehminuten. Am Tharandter strasse findet man DM, Kik, Tedi, Friseure, Deutsche Bank, Sparkasse, Kommerz Bank und diverse Lebensmittelläden.
Für die Naturliebhaber bleibt es den Park und den „hohen Stein“ zu erwähnen (Google hilft) –v.a. für Jogger optimal.

Nearby there are a lot of supermarkets, Döner shops, pizza places and subway. Tram stops Bünaustrasse and Conertplatz are approximately 5 minutes by walk. Tharandter Straße and Burkstrasse are 10 minutes by walk. At Tharandter Straße one can find all sort of Shops, banks and barbers.
Möbel sind nicht enthalten. Aber einige Sachen kommen mit.
