In the centre of LouisenStraße with lots of Cafes and Bars around, very lively place for young people or couples. Great point about
the flat is that it is the building which is about 30m away from the main street so its not very loud and noisy but close to all the attractions. All daily based needs are in immediate vicinity like hospital,schools,Netto,Rewe,Dm,bakeries,restraunts,hair dresser etc. Right behind the apartment is a beautiful playing area with rides and where they also teach horse riding and several other activities for kids. There is lot of parking area around. (free of charge).
Mitten in der Louisenstraße mit vielen Cafes und Bars in der Umgebung, ein sehr lebendiger Ort für junge Leute oder Paare. Ein großer Pluspunkt der
Wohnung ist, dass das Gebäude ca. 30m von der Hauptstraße entfernt ist, sodass nicht sehr laut wird, trotz der zentralen Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Krankenhaus, Schulen, Netto, Rewe, DM, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Friseur, etc. Direkt hinter der Wohnung ist ein schöner Spielplatz für Kinder. Parken ist überall kostenlos möglich
At least 1 year contract preferable, also extendible, because I need to move out of Dresden for work.

The water, heating and electricity cost depends on the usage which is calculated by the end of year, so in case if you use less or more than 100€ per month which is included in the rent, it would be payable.. Ein mindestens 1 Jahres-Vertrag wird bevorzugt, gern auch erweiterbar, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen aus Dresden wegziehen werde.
