Zur Untervermietung steht eine ruhige und gemütliche Studiowohnung mit ca. 27,5 Quadratmetern in der Liebigstrastraße 38, 01187, Dresden für zwei Monate (kann verlängert werden) vom 1. Mai 2023 bis 30. Jun 2023. Sie ist für Studenten und Paare geeignet.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Die Einrichtung besteht aus einem Schlafsofa (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist es sehr bequem und man kann es öffnen, um ein Bett zu machen, wenn man will, aber ich bin Single, also öffne ich es normalerweise nicht), zwei anderen Sofas, einem Arbeitstisch, einem Esstisch, einem Standventilator, zwei Küchenschränken, einem Regal am Eingang und einem Kleiderschrank. Zu den Geräten gehören ein Kühlschrank, ein Staubsauger, ein Mini-Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher, ein Sandwichmaker, ein Toaster, ein Smoothie-Maker und ein Teig-/Kuchenmixer. Andere Küchenutensilien können ebenfalls genutzt werden. Der Preis für das gesamte Mobiliar beträgt 300 Euro.
Die Miete einschließlich aller Nebenkosten beträgt 445 Euro pro Monat und eine Kaution von 353 Euro.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, ist sehr hell und hat einen Balkon. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Fahrradraum, Keller und Waschmaschinen im Keller.

A quiet and cozy studio apartment with approx. 27.5 square meters is available for sub-letting at Liebigstrastraße 38, 01187, Dresden for two months (can be extended) from 1st May, 2023 to 30 July 2023. It is suitable for students and couples.
The apartment is fully furnished. Furnishings include a sofa-cum-bed (can be seen in pictures, it is very comfortable and you can open it to make a bed if you want but I am single so I usually don't open it), two other sofas, a study table, Dining Table, a pedestal fan, two kitchen cabinets, rack at the entrance and a wardrobe. Appliances include fridge, vacuum, mini bake oven, a microwave oven, a kettle, a sandwich maker, toaster, smoothie maker and dough/cake mixer. Other kitchen utensils can also be used. The price of all the furnishings is 300 euros.
The rent including all ancillary costs is 445 euros per month and a fixed deposit is 353 euros.
The apartment is on the second floor, well lit and has a balcony. The apartment has a bicycle room, cellar and washing machines in the basement.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ideal, da Supermärkte wie Lidl, Netto, Edeka und DM in fast 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich eine tolle Bäckerei (Laube Backerei), die hervorragende Kuchen und noch bessere Backwaren verkauft (erschwinglich als Frühstück Gegenleistung). Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, etwa 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, gibt es auch ein Möbius Cafe. Das Wichtigste ist die Nähe zum Campus der TU Dresden, und alle Gebäude des Campus sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Münchener Platz und Nöthnizer Plauen sind zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen, die nur 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß von diesem Ort entfernt sind. Die Straßenbahnlinie 3 kann jederzeit benutzt werden, da es sich um eine Nachtstraßenbahn handelt. Zwei weitere Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Südvorstadt und Nürnberger, sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Hier kann man die Straßenbahnlinie 8 benutzen, und auch viele Anschlussbusse wie 61 und 63 sind verfügbar.
Location of this apartment is very ideal as Supermarkets like Lidl, Netto, Edeka and DM are almost in 5 minutes distance. Just opposite to the apartment is an amazing bakery (Laube Backerei) that sells excellent cakes and even better baked pastries (affordable as a breakfast consideration). On the opposite side, about 1-2 minute walk away, there is also a Möbius Cafe. Most importantly, it is very close to the TU Dresden campus and all the buildings of campus are within a 10 minute distance.
Münchener Platz and Nöthnizer Plauen are two tram stations that are just 4-5 minutes by walk from this place. Tram 3 can be availed at any time because it is a night tram. Two other tram stations Südvorstadt and Nürnberger are also only 5 minutes away from the apartment. Here, one may avail tram number 8, as well as a lot of connecting buses like 61 and 63 are available.
