Wir suchen einen oder zwei Nachmieter für unsere schöne WG geeignete Wohnung im Hechtviertel.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ca. 78m² groß und bietet zwei gleich große Zimmer (ca. 24m²). Beide Räume haben zwei Fenster und bieten somit einen schönen Blick auf den Park welcher direkt vor dem Haus liegt.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus/Bahn) sind in wenigen Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen.
Wenn du am Wochenende gern feiern gehst, dann ist die Lage der Wohnung mehr als perfekt. Mitten drin, aber dennoch ruhig. :)
Gern können wir euch einen Teil der Einrichtung für ein paar Euro überlassen.

We are looking for one or two new tenants for our beautiful flat in the Hechtviertel.
The flat itself is approx. 78m² and offers two equally sized rooms (approx. 24m²). Both rooms have two windows and thus offer a beautiful view of the park which is directly in front of the house.
Public transport (bus/train) can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
If you like to party at the weekend, the location of the flat is more than perfect. In the middle of it all, but still quiet. :)
