Hallo!

ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine große, sonnige Wohnung in der Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in super zentraler Lage, ganz in der Nähe der Einkaufsstraße (KÖ), des Hauptbahnhofs und der Altstadt. Es gibt Supermärkte (u.a. Edeka, Rewe und Netto), einige Restaurants und Cafés ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt in kurzer Entfernung zu drei verschiedenen Straßenbahnlinien und der S-Bahn.

Die Wohnung hat immer Sonne (vormittags Zimmer + Küche + Bad, nachmittags Wohnzimmer). Es gibt einen Kinderpark in der Nähe der Wohnung und die Wohnung ist auch für Familien geeignet. die Wohnung hat auch 6-7 Quadratmeter Abstellraum im Erdgeschoss

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Altbaus. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 sehr großes Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Kühlschrank.

Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel. Der Mieter benötigt aber eine Schufa (solicitar ahora) und ein ausreichendes Einkommen.

I am looking forward to a new tenant taking over my big, sunny flat in the city center.
The flat is in the super central district, very close to the shopping district (KÖ), central train station and the old city. There are supermarkets (including Edeka, Rewe and Netto), some restaurants and cafes very close to the flat as well. It is very close to three different tram lines and S-bahn.

The flat gets sun every time (mornings rooms + kitchen + bathroom, afternoon living room). There is a children's park very close to the flat and the flat is also suitable for families.
The flat is on the 4th floor of an old building. the flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 very big living room, kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. the flat has also 6-7 square meter storage place in the downstairs

The flat has a built-in kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator.
The move-in date is flexible. But the renter requires a Schufa (solicitar ahora) and a sufficient income.
