Small, neat flat in the city center available.
Hence I'm moving in with my boyfriend, I'll have to leave my small, practical flat behind.
It's 5 min to the KÖ, 8 min to the hbf.
I'll leave some furniture in the flat - e.g. the kitchen was bought in January and should stay in the flat for 550€, and two closets forr 100€
I paid 500€ +250€ monthly (rent cold = 500€ + 250€ warm), but received 500€ back in july (i didn't need that much energy).

Schöne kleine Wohnung in Düsseldorf zu Vermieten.
Die Küche wurde im Januar eingebaut, Möbel können übernommen werden.
Einzug ist zeitnah/ variabel möglich.
Ich würde genre in der wohnung bleiben, durch Corona bin ich zu meinem Freund gezogen und wechsel somit meinen Wohnsitz komplett.
In der Wohnung sind
-Küche (soll übernommen werden) für ca. 550€
-Schränke ca. 100€ (sehr neue IKEA PAX Schränke)
Ich habe monatlich ca. 750€ bezahlt und dann im Juli eine Rückzahlung vom Vermieter von ca. 500€ bekommen- ich denke man kann von ca. 710€ Warmmiete ausgehen. Entsprechend dem Eigenbedarf etc.
