As I'm moving out Düsseldorf, I'm looking for a tenant to takeover my very central apartment located in Linienstr. (7 mins walk to Hauptbahnhof).
It is a 38m2 on the 3rd floor (without elevator) and has a separate bedroom, a living room including the kitchen (the fitted kitchen has a stove, oven, cabinets but does not include the fridge).
The monthly rent of 460€ includes a cold rent of 300€ and the rest is for the additional costs such as heating, electricity, cleaning etc.
Internet is not included.
Earliest move-in date is 04.07.2019.
