Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, einer großen Küche mit Balkon sowie einem kleinen Bad mit Wanne. Darüber hinaus gibt's noch ein kleines Zimmer, das nicht mit vermietet wird, da ich dort meine Sachen unterbringe, damit Du Platz für Deine hast. :)
The apartment has a living room, bed room, big kitchen with balcony and a small bathroom with tub (plus another small room where I store my stuff).
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im beliebten Stadtteil Pempelfort, mit verschiedenen Bus- und Bahnverbindungen in alle möglichen Richtungen. Zur Altstadt läufst Du nur ca. 15 Minuten, und das Angebot an Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten in der Nähe ist auch top.
It’s centrally located in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort, public transport close by, and old town, food and shopping opportunities in walking distance as well.
Da es mich immer wieder mal in die Welt hinauszieht, vermiete ich meine Wohnung übergangsweise an nette Menschen unter.
Frei wird sie wieder ab 1. November 2016, bei Bedarf wäre auch ein früherer Einzug möglich.
Vermieten möchte ich sie gerne für mindestens drei Monate, nach Absprache auch kürzer oder länger.
