Wir suchen nach einem Nachmieter ab Mitte November oder Anfang Dezember 2021 für unsere zweite Etage Wohnung in Duisburg-Neudorf.

Ca. 60 m² besteht aus folgenden Räumen: 2 Zimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Flur, 1 Badzimmer, und 1 Balkon. Auch ein Kellerraum ist vorhanden.

Achtung: wir sind weder Vermieter noch Immobilienvermittler. Wir können deshalb grundsätzlich nicht versprechen, dass Sie als Nachmieter zu 100 % einen Mietvertrag bekommen. Auch auf Fragen bezüglich SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) und ARGE können wir nicht antworten.

2-flats appartment in Neudorf, Duisburg is available for rent!

We are looking for new tenant for our 60 m² appartment at the second floor of 3-floors appartment house.
The appartment has good transport connection. It is located at Kammerstraße, Neudorf, in a close proximity to the University and forest. This is an ideal location for joggers and students.
Also it takes just 10 Minutes walking to arrive to Duisburg main railway station (Duisburg Hbf). The car can be parked just in front of the house.
Nearby is Oststraße located with numerous little Shops and a bit further Penny and Edeka are available. So everything is easy approachable and very convenient.
We will give over our Kitchen with some appliances. And for some small but reasonable contribution you can also buy some of our furniture and big appliance like fridge and dishwasher (both are just 2 years old).
