Die Wohnung hat 23m² und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Küche, Schreibtisch, Schränke, Bett, etc.).
Da das Haus erst gebaut wurde ist alles neu und modern.
Wäschetrockner und Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Keller.
Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Studenten und Siemensianer.
In der Regel findet sich vor dem Haus auch ein Parkplatz, Tiefgarage müsste mit dem Hauptmieter geklärt werden.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Mensa, Aldi, Norma, Siemens, Uni-Bibliothek sind alle in 2-5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Techfak sind es 10 min mit dem Rad. Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke.
Perfect location. All major places within walking distance (2-5mins) (canteen, library, Siemens, public transportation, shopping)
