Zwischenmiete in zentralem Altbau // Anfang September - Anfang November 2024 *** Interim rental // Beginning of September - beginning of November 2024

Wir werden im Herbst zwei Monate im Ausland verbringen und möchten unsere schöne 4-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung (140qm) in der Zeit untervermieten. Sie liegt in der Innenstadt, nah am Bahnhofsviertel (auf der Seite zum Main hin) und ist voll ausgestattet - von Waschmaschine bis Waffeleisen ist alles da. Fernsehen, Netflix ebenso. Es gibt zwei Bäder und eine gemütliche Küche. Leider keinen Balkon, dafür aber einen Erker mit Leseecke.

Wir verreisen Anfang September (aktuell der 4., kann sich noch um ein, zwei Tage nach vorne oder hinten verschieben) und kommen Anfang November (am 5.) wieder, ein paar Tage Flexibilität bei Ein- und Auszug Eurerseits wären daher toll.

Das sind nur die Eckdaten, kommt bei Interesse einfach auf uns zu, dann telefonieren wir, tauschen mehr Infos aus und/oder - noch besser - treffen uns. Ihr kommt in eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der sich die Leute kennen und trotz Großstadt füreinander da sind.

We will be spending two months abroad in the fall and would like to sublet our beautiful 4-room apartment (140sqm) during this time. It is located in the city center, close to the Bahnhofsviertel (on the side facing the Main) and is fully equipped - from washing machine to waffle iron, everything is there. Television, Netflix as well. The apartment sports two bathrooms and a cozy kitchen. Unfortunately there is no balcony, but there is a bay window with a reading corner.

We're going away at the beginning of September (currently the 4th, can still be moved forward or back by a day or two) and will be back at the beginning of November (the 5th), so a few days flexibility on your part when moving in and out would be great.
