ich biete meine sehr große, sehr günstige Wohnung zum Tausch an, da sie mir allein zu groß ist.
Die Wohnung ist hell, hat 3 Zimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche und eine Loggia.
Derzeit zahle ich 600 Euro Miete, 110 Euro Nebenkosten und 30 Euro Strom.
Ich suche eine kleinere/günstigere Wohnung zum Tausch, vorzugsweise mit Balkon. Wer was hat, darf sich melden!
Haltestelle Hauptstraße ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, der Bertoldsbrunnen zu Fuß in 15. Zum Bahnhof Herdern sind es 8 Minuten Fußweg. Supermärkte gibt es en masse: Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Penny.
Mein Vermieter ist sehr umgänglich und das Leben mit den Nachbarn unproblematisch.
