Wir vermieten unsere ruhige 2 Zimmer- Wohnung vom 2. Mai - 2. Juni 2019. Die Wohnung liegt im Stühlinger, nur ca. 1 Minute von der Haltestelle Rathaus im Stühlinger entfernt. Wir wohnen bahnhofsnah (ca. 7 Min. zu Fuß), zentral (ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß in die Innenstadt) und in der Nähe der Uniklinik. Es gibt eine Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch und das Schlafzimmer mit Elternbett (Breite 2,00 m + Stockbett für Kinder). Wir haben eine deutschlandweite Festnetzflatrate mit Internetflatrate. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkons. Einen kleinen bei der Küche mit Nachmittagssonne und einen großen mit Vormittags- / Mittagssonne.
Sie eignet sich für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind (Spielzeug, Hochstuhl und Stockbett im Schlafzimmer vorhanden).
