terminlich flexibel biete ich meine 3ZKB Altbauwohnung in der Wiehre zum Tausch gegen eine 2-3 ZKB Wohnung im Stühlinger (bevorzugt), Wiehre, Innenstadt... an.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 65 qm, 2 Zimmer mit ca. 20 qm und ein Zimmer mit ca. 12 qm. Küche mit älteren Einbaumöbeln, Duschbad. Schöner Altbau mit hohen Decken. Leider kein Balkon und keine Badewanne und nicht ganz leise (viel befahrene Straßenecke). Dafür sehr gute Fenster und sehr gute Heizung :-)
Im Gegenzug suche ich eine 2-3 ZKB, Altbau, Holzboden in den og. Stadtteilen mit mind. 50 qm bis max. 550 Euro Warmmiete.
