Sie befindet sich im 14.Stock eines solchen Hochhauses und man hat einen dementsprechend tollen Ausblick. Die Straßenbahnlinie 1 ist in 3min zu Fuß erreichbar, man braucht ca. 12min zum Hauptbahnhof/Innenstadt, außerdem fährt direkt vor dem Haus noch die Breisgau S-Bahn, die nur 6min braucht. Alle Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs lassen sich auch im EKZ-Landwasser mit zwei Discountern, Post, Apotheke etc. erledigen. Sehr guter Autobahnanschluss.
