I am looking for a sublet for my apartment in the Schwarzastr. (Neukölln) from July 21st 2023 till mid/end April 2024 as I will away.
It is 75m2, 2,5 rooms, 4th floor, Vorderhaus, located one minute from the S-Bahn Sonnenallee in a small side street. It is a nice, spacious, cozy, quiet apartment in good conditions. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious entrance, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a 1,5 bed, a wide living room with a sunny and quite big balcony and a little room with a single bed. The apartment is fully and lovingly furnished. Each room has a different colour and is arranged with lots of care.
The price is 950 E/month warm + deposit of 1 month. It is important that the tenant:
- is ONLY ONE PERSON
- small children are unfortunately not suitable because I should move too many things around to make it safe.
- commits for the entire length to rent the apartment, because I won’t be able to find a substitution.
- friendly, reliable, quiet & clean
- likes plant and doesn’t forget to water them
Anmeldung is possible.
The location is great! The apartment is 1 minute from the Sbahn Sonnenallee and bus stops. It is in the heart of Neukölln and the Richardkiez. This area is diverse, lively and not as gentrified as other parts of Neukölln. You can find plenty of nice cafes, little restaurants and supermarkets in the area, neighbourhood vibes. There are zwo squares nearby, Böhmischer Platz and Richardplatz where people meet, enjoy the sun, eat ice cream. During Christmas time there is a really nice Christmas market. You can have nice walks along the canal and the parks around (Tempelhofer Feld, Körperpark).
