Da wir für 4 Monate ins Ausland gehen, bieten wir unsere schöne Altbau 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Haslacher Straße und man benötigt zu Fuß 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und 30 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Minute entfernt. Unsere Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und sehr hell. Außerdem hat man von unserem Südwest-Balkon einen tollen Ausblick auf den Schwarzwald (Schauinsland, Schönberg, etc.).
Zu den Nebenkosten kommen noch die Kosten für Strom (ca. 40€) und Telefon- und DSL-Flatrate (25€). Falls kein Telefon- und Internetanschluss benötigt wird, muss dieser natürlich auch nicht gezahlt werden.
Als Zwischenmieter kommen nur Nichtraucher und Personen ohne Haustiere in Frage.
