Die Wohnung ist 40 m2 groß, in eine ruhige Teil des Stadts, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Seepark in einem renoviertes Haus. Es hat eine private Badezimmer mit Dusche; eigene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Ofen und Backofen. Schlafzimmer ist unmöbliert. Die Terrasse ist zusätlich 15 m2 und sehr gemütlich bei schönes Wetter.
**ENGLISH: Beautiful 1-Bedroom apartment, is available for the month of May and June (01.05 until 30.06), perhaps even longer. The apartment is located in a renovated two-story house, a 5 minute walk from Seepark. Surface is 40 m2, which include a private bathroom with shower; a kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven. The bedroom is unfurnished. The terrace is an additional 15 m2 and perfect for sunny weather.
Die Umgebung ist super schön. Die Bus Haltestelle ist in 3-Minute zu Fuß entfernt und der Innenstadt innerhalb 15-20 Minute erreichbar.
Da die Wohnung ganz nah am Seepark liegt, und eine große Terrasse hat, ist also ein super toller Standort in der sonnenreichste Stadt in Deutschland!! :)
**ENGLISH: The location is perfect. A bus station is 3 Minutes away, it makes the Innenstadt reachable within 15-20 minutes.
Seepark is also right next, and the big terrace makes it a perfect spot to spend sunny days in Freiburg!!
Miete ist 600,00 warm monatlich. Mit Strom und Wasser inklusive.
Der Mieterin/Mieter muss einfach kümmern auf die Wohnung und pünktlich mit die Miete sein.
