Ich und meine Freundin werden für 3 Monate Freiburg verlassen. Wir suchen 1-2 nette, saubere Mieter/innen. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, alles inklusiv: Microwelle, Kleiderschrank, Bett, Kochgeschirr, Espressokanne, etc. (kein TV). Alles sehr rein und organisiert. Sehr schnelles WLAN (80 mbps, 120 mit Ethernet-Kabel). Sehr sehr ruhig, hellerleuchtet, mit Balkon (bitte nur auf dem Balkon rauchen).
Die Vermieter sind eine sehr nette Familie ganz in der Nähe. Sie sind sehr hilfreich, falls Sie was brauchen. Miete ist €575, genau was wir bezahlen, plus €550 Kaution.

Me and my girlfriend are leaving Freiburg for ~2 months, and we are looking for 1-2 nice, clean people to sublet our beloved apartment. It is fully furnished, includes everything you could need; microwave, wardrobe, bed, cookware, moka pot, etc. (no TV). Very clean and well organized. Very fast WiFi (80 mbps, 120 with a cable). It is extremely quiet, great natural lighting, and has a balcony. Smoking only allowed on the balcony.
The renters are a very lovely family who live really close by. They are extremely helpful, in case you need anything. I am asking for €575/mo and €550 deposit, which is the exact price me and my girlfriend pay for the flat.
A wonderful place to settle down in Freiburg while you look for something more permanent!
Die Lage ist absolut erstklassig; 5 minuten zu Fuß von Einkaufzentrum (Aldi, DM, Alnatura, Rewe, Tabak, Döner, MaiWok, Artzt...) und von der Straßenbahn, (Linie 1, Alter Messplatz). Direkt hinter die Gebäude gibt es die schöne Dreisam Fluss, Sport/Bewegung/Spielplatz, und eine Radschnellweg, die direkt nach Stadtzentrum mit 7 minuten fährt. Es gibt ein Paar Bäckereien und Kneipen in der Nähe. Schwarzwald Pfade sind auch nur ein Paar minuten entfernt.
The location is absolutely amazing, 5 minutes from a shopping center (Aldi, DM, Alnatura, Rewe, Tobacco shop, Döner, MaiWok, doctor...) and from the tram stop (Line 1, Alter Messplatz). Directly behind the building is the beautiful Dreisam river, and the 'bicycle freeway' that can take you directly to the city center in about 7 minutes. Down the street is a sport/exercise and playground area, and there are also some bakeries and bars in the neighborhood. Black forest hiking trails are also only a couple minutes away.
The move in/out dates are not flexible outside of the July 28th - October 9th time frame, though anything within that is fine. I will likely not be there to move you in (unless you can move in the morning of the 28th), so I will put you in contact with the family who owns the flat.
