Da mein PostDoc-Aufenthalt hier an der Uni bald endet, suche ich einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Gerbrunn (Am Happach), die zum 1. Mai frei wird. Die Wohnung ist im 6. Stock (2 Fahrstühle im Haus), hat ca. 80 qm mit Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne. Ebenfalls dazu gehören ein Kellerraum, ein Garagenstellplatz und im Haus gibt es zudem noch einen Waschraum, einen "Freizeitraum" mit Tischtennisplatte sowie ein internes, kleines Schwimmbad mit Sauna. Die Kaltmiete beträgt zZ 590€ bei etwa 200€ Nebenkosten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Tür und kommt in nichtmal 20 min in die Innenstadt. In der Wohnung sind auch Hasteire erlaubt!
Die Küche inkl. Kühlschrank, Herd und Spülmaschine müsste für 1200€ abgelöst werden und dazu noch viele neue Möbel (700€), die vor etwas über einem Jahr bei Ikea neu gekauft wurden (die Möbel müssen übernommen werden, da gibt es keinen Verhandlungsspielraum)

English:
As I finished my postdoctoral fellowship in the Würzburg University, I am
looking for a tenant for our nice 3 rooms apartment in Gerbrunn (Am Happach). The apartment is free from the 1st May. The apartment is on
the 6th floor (two elevators are available), has 80 square meters a balcony,
bathtub, toilet, cellar compartment, garage and ping-pong table as
well as a laundry room. Currently the rent is 590 euro cold and 200
euro additional charges. Bus stop is 1 minute away and runs every 20
minutes. Pets are allowed. There is also an internal swimming pool as
well as Sauna.
New Kitchen (1200 Euro, including vacuum machine) and new IKEA
furniture (700 euro), used for 18 months, must be taken by the new tenant (I am sorry to say no discussion in this issue)
