First of all: The price is per month, but includes all costs for normal consumption.
My boyfriend and I are leaving our beloved flat and moving away for work. We were very happy here and know you will be too :)
While we have lived in this flat as a couple, the rooms are both great and almost the same size. Therefore, two people or a couple can live comfortalby in the flat.
The bedroom has a 140 cm bed, large wardrobe, desk, desk chair, night stands, tv, and tv stand.
The living room has a large L sofa and side tables. (the desk will be gone or can be purchased)
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, breakfast nook, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, and large fridge for two.
The bathroom is recently renovated!
Finally, the washing machine is in the basement and there is also a garden that can be used.
The location is just great, Südstadt is in the southern part of Göttingen - super quiet and still very central. It is 10 minutes away fromthe city center by foot and 25 minutes away from the train station. There is also a bus stop 3 minutes away that connects you with the University (Bus 92,91). Of course, if you havea bike you will be no more than 10 minutes from anywhere in Gottingen :)
Online viewings are preferred, but in person viewing is possible too.
Pets are allowed, but smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
