Moin und willkommen in Göttingen!
Diese 2-Zimmerwohnung ist durch einen Fahrstuhl oder durch das Treppenhaus erreichbar. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Schlafzimmer (14,19 qm) und einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer (28,28 qm). Die Küche (12,36 qm) ist sowohl vom Flur (12,10 qm) als auch vom Wohnzimmer durch den offenen Essbereich zu begehen. Zu der Wohnung gehören ein Abstellraum und ein Autostellplatz. Im Keller befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, die du mit Münzen (gibt's beim Hausmeister gegen Bezahlung) benutzen kannst.
Ich werde beim Auszug nur einen Teil der Möbel mitnehmen, wir können also absprechen, welche du/ihr eventuell übernehmen möchte(s)t.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt isoliert: Im Sommer bleibt sie angenehm kühl, im Winter wird's durch die Nachbar*innen links und rechts nie extrem kalt - und falls doch, kann die Fußbodenheizung genutzt werden.
Nebenkosten ca. 190€ inklusive Stromkostenvorauszahlung (exklusive Internetanschluss + GEZ)

This 2-room apartment can be accessed by an elevator or by the stairwell. It consists of a bedroom (14.19 square meters) and a living room (28.28 square meters). The kitchen (12.36 square meters) can also be accessed from the hall (12.10 square meters) and from the living room through the open dining area. The apartment has a storage room and a parking space. In the basement there is a common room with washing machines and dryers that you can use with coins (you get them from the facility manager in exchange for money).
When I move out I will only take a part of the furniture with me, so we can arrange if you want to keep some.
The apartment is perfectly made: in summer it stays pleasantly cool, in winter it never gets extremely cold due to the neighbors left and right - and in case it should get uncomfortable, the underfloor heating is the perfect solution.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und zentrumsnah im 1. Obergeschoss eines Wohnkomplexes und ist zur straßenabgewandten Seite nach Westen ausgerichtet. Kindergarten, Schulen, das Groner Freibad sind ebenso wie die Innenstadt zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn. Zur Uni benötigt man mit dem Rad ungefähr 10 bis 15 Minuten, zum Bahnhof ca. 6 Minuten - ansonsten befindet sich direkt gegenüber eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus 3 verschiedene Linien in die Stadt bzw. bis zur Uni und zum Bahnhof fahren. Edeka, dm, Alnatura, eine Apotheke sowie eine Post sind 350 Meter entfernt. Gegenüber kannst du im schönen Stadtfriedhof spazieren gehen und dir danach bei Efendi auf der anderen Seitenstraße einen Döner oder eine Pizza holen.
The apartment is quiet and close to the center on the 1st floor of a residential complex and faces west on the side facing away from the street. Kindergarten, schools, the Grone outdoor pool as well as the city center can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. You can also be on the highway in a few minutes by car. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by bike to get to the university and about 6 minutes to the train station - otherwise there is a bus stop directly in front of the building, from which 3 different lines go into the city or to the university and the train station. Edeka, dm, Alnatura, a pharmacy and a post office are 350 meters away. Opposite you can go for a walk in the beautiful city cemetery and then get a kebab or pizza from Efendi on the other side street.
