Es ist nicht WG-geeignet, da Schlafzimmer (3.Etage) und Wohnzimmer (2. Etage) direkt und ohne Tür über die wundervolle Holztreppe miteinander verbunden sind.

This beautiful apartment has its entrance on the 2nd floor. A loggia leads to the entrance of the apartment. There is only one very nice neighbor and below the apartment is a dental practice. The apartment offers a bedroom (upstairs), living room, bathroom, hallway/kitchen and another smaller room.
It is not suitable for sharing, as the bedroom (3rd floor) and living room (2nd floor) are connected directly and without a door via the wonderful wooden staircase.

I would like to sell the apartment furnished. Please only contact me if you are interested in taking over furniture. The amount is between 3500 and 4500 euros, depending on what I leave here (not sure yet).

The flat is located in the city center of Göttingen. As it is located in the backyard, the apartment is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity you will find doctors, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, everything the city center has to offer.
Ich werde voraussichtlich zwischen Mai und Juni diese wunderschöne Wohnung verlassen und möchte einige Dinge in der Wohnung lassen. Falls du Interesse hast können wir gerne im Gespräch genauer darauf eingehen, was ich in der Wohnung lassen möchte und was der Ablösebetrag hierfür wäre.
An dieser Wohnung habe ich wirklich nichts zu bemängeln! Sie ist einfach traumhaft schön und ich wünschte ich könnte einfach mit der Wohnung umziehen.
