Our 2 room apartment is 55 m sq. and has a nice big kitchen, big balcony, very nice bathroom, a storage room and a big keller in the basement. The building has washing machine and dryer in the basement as well. Perfect for a couple as there is one bed room and one big living room. But it can be used as a shared apartment as well.
Rent is 660 euros pm incl NK.
Electricity is separate.
The apartment in itself is completely unfurnished but since we are leaving Gottingen we would like to give it to someone who can take all our furniture and the kitchen (all the furnishing in the kitchen are ours). All the stuff in the apartment belongs to us and would be around 700 euros (you can check the quality when you come for visit). If anyone is interested send me an email and I can send you further details about the furniture timings to visit and any other questions you have.
It is very close to the bahnof (5 min walk) and city centre. The Naukhauff supermarket (open until midnight and on Sundays) is 2 min walk and the bus stop for bus 21 is 1 min walk.
