Die Wohnung befindet sich im Innenhof, als Anbau, eines Fachwerkhauses in der Johannisstraße.
Sie ist WG geeignet und wäre ab 01.01.21 frei. Besichtigungen können schriftlich oder telefonisch mit uns abgemacht werden.
Da wir ebenfalls nur die Mieter der Wohnung sind, findet die Regelung des Mietvertrages nicht mit uns, sondern mit unseren Vermietern statt.
In der Wohnung enthalten ist leider keine Küche, die jedoch von uns als Vormieter abgekauft werden kann.
