- Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und Kaffeevollautomaten
- Wohnzimmer mit TV inkl. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Sport
- Zweites Wohnzimmer (das ich liebevoll das Herrenzimmer nennen😄)
- Büro (das ich liebevoll das Abstellzimmer nenne🙈)
- Schlafzimmer mit 1,40er Bett, Schrank, Kommode
- Badezimmer (Waschmaschine im Keller)
I offer my stunning, huge apartment in Göttingen Südstadt for at least 1 year from Oct 2023 for sub-rent. Move in and move out dates are flexible.
The apartment is fully furnished:
- Kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine
- Living room with TV incl. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Sport
- Second living room (which I call the men's room😄)
- Office (which I call the storage room🙈)
- Bedroom with 1.40 bed, closet, dresser
- Bathroom (washing machine in the basement)
Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Rad in 5 Min erreichbar und keine Gehminute entfernt liegt die Bushaltestelle „Reinholdstraße“. Das Parken ist in der Strasse kostenfrei und ohne Parkausweis möglich. Man findet hier immer einen Parkplatz.
The city center can be reached by bike in 5 min and not a minute walk away is the bus stop "Reinholdstraße". Parking in the street is free of charge and possible without a parking permit. You always find a spot.
Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für eine Person, als auch für ein Paar oder eine bereits bestehende 2er-WG/ zwei Freund:innen, die zusammenziehen wollen.
The apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple of two people who already share a flat together or are friends wanting to live together.
*Achtung: Es handelt sich hier wirklich um eine Zwischenvermietung, ich lasse alle Möbel & Haushaltsutensilien in der Wohnung. Bitte nur anfragen, wenn du eine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete suchst und keine eigene Einrichtung mitbringen willst.
