Klinikum Nähe, Teilmobilierte, 1.5-Zimmer Wohnung ab 01.12.2021!

Hereby I present a very central flat that is near the university, MP institute and many other important locations in Goettingen!

The flat is approximately 50 meter square and it is divided in 1.5-room manner. You have a built-in kitchen in the half room, which you can consider as your dining room or your bedroom, whatever you prefer. I personally do not cook, so I made it my bedroom, which left the bigger part as my living room.

Surface is made of parquet and walls are white. The bathroom floor is made of non-slippery ceramics. There are fans in the bathroom as well as near the kitchen. Overall, the flat is quite modern and it is attractive with its features. The fridge, dishwasher, built-in kitchen, and the cellar in the basement are included in the deal, that is, you do not have to pay extra for these! Cellar is around 4 meter square and it is more than sufficient for a single person use.

There is also a laundry room in the building itself where 30 minutes of use (washing or drying) costs 50 cent. It's super convenient! There is also the parking place for those who have cars.

Last but not the least, has a very nice balcony that can be enjoyed in Spring/Summer time. The balcony is large enough to make a BBQ, or even to make it a small place to chill, as some neighbors haver already done!

The flat is super close to many bus stops (Gruener Weg, Christopherus Weg, Robert-Koch-Str.) and is RIGHT ABOVE a Penny store! That means, you have the possibility to shop between 08-22 by moving downstairs! :) If you want Rewe/Aldi, they are in the street behind as well! Not to mention, university hospital is literally in walking distance. North campus is 10 minutes distance by foot. All in all, the location is super nice.

The presented flat is available from 01.12.2021. The applicants who are employers must provide a work contract, whereas the applicants who are students must provide a declaration of support from the third parties in Germany.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Hiermit stelle ich eine sehr zentrale Wohnung vor, die sich in der Nähe der Universität, des MP-Instituts und vieler anderer wichtiger Orte in Göttingen befindet!

Die Wohnung ist ca. 50 qm groß und ist in 1,5-Zimmer aufgeteilt. Im halben Zimmer befindet sich eine Einbauküche, die Sie als Esszimmer oder als Schlafzimmer nutzen können, je nachdem, was Ihnen lieber ist. Ich persönlich koche nicht, also habe ich es zu meinem Schlafzimmer gemacht, wobei der größere Teil als Wohnzimmer diente.

Die Oberfläche ist aus Parkett und die Wände sind weiß. Der Boden im Bad ist aus rutschfester Keramik. Sowohl im Bad als auch in der Küche gibt es Ventilatoren. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr modern und attraktiv ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank, die Spülmaschine, die Einbauküche und der Keller im Untergeschoss sind im Preis inbegriffen, d.h. Sie müssen dafür nicht extra bezahlen! Der Keller ist ca. 4 Meter groß und für eine Person mehr als ausreichend.

Es gibt auch eine Waschküche im Gebäude selbst, wo 30 Minuten Benutzung (Waschen oder Trocknen) 50 Cent kosten. Das ist super praktisch! Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz für diejenigen, die ein Auto haben.

Zu guter Letzt hat die Wohnung einen sehr schönen Balkon, den man im Frühling/Sommer genießen kann. Der Balkon ist groß genug, um einen Grill zu machen, oder sogar einen kleinen Platz zum Chillen, wie es einige Nachbarn bereits getan haben!

Die Wohnung ist super nah an vielen Bushaltestellen (Grüner Weg, Christopherus Weg, Robert-Koch-Str.) und liegt GERADE ÜBER einem Penny-Markt! Das heißt, man hat die Möglichkeit zwischen 08-22 Uhr einzukaufen, indem man die Treppe runter geht :) Wenn ihr Rewe/Aldi wollt, die sind auch in der Straße dahinter! Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass die Uniklinik buchstäblich zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Nordcampus ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles in allem, die Lage ist super schön.

Die vorgestellte Wohnung ist ab 01.12.2021 verfügbar. Die Bewerber, die Arbeitgeber sind, müssen einen Arbeitsvertrag vorlegen, während die Bewerber, die Studenten sind, eine Erklärung über die Unterstützung durch Dritte in Deutschland vorlegen müssen.
