First of all, this ad is for someone who is looking for a flat which is fully furnished and ready to move in. If you want a completely empty flat please ignore this ad.
I will finish my work at Greifswald and leave Germany soon. To save the trouble, I am looking for a tenant who is willing to take over some furniture (the more the better), and most importantly does not need me to whitewash the wall when I move out. Most of the furniture were purchased from IKEA 3 years ago (please see the pictures) and are still in very good condition. The price of furniture will be very reasonable and negotiable. The flat is also in good condition.
The flat is about 58 sqm with a bedroom (~15 sqm), a big living room (~20 sqm), a bathroom (~10 sqm), a kitchen and hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and space for a washing machine. The fitted kitchen has sink, stove, oven, exhaust fan and fridge. There is also a cellar in the basement.
The flat is located in a quite and nice neighborhood. A big backyard is behind the building. There are 4 grocery stores within 5-minute walking distance (lidl, netto). It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus station (Johann-Stelling-Str, rout 2). The city center, The Library and hospital are within 10 minutes walking distance.
