Cozy flat for approx. 6 months in Grünheide from October 2023

Ich vermiete meine möblierte gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Grünheide für etwa 6 Monate. Die genaue Dauer ist noch verhandelbar. Da ich für etwa ein halbes Jahr über den Winter nach Spanien ziehe, würde ich die Wohnung gerne untervermieten mit der Aussicht auf Verlängerung. Anmeldung sowie Übernahme des Mietvertrags sind derzeit nicht möglich. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am See und es sind ein Garten sowie eine Feuerstelle draußen mit dabei. Meine Wohnung verfügt über eine voll eingerichtete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein geräumiges Wohnimmer mit bequember Couch inklusive Beamer für Filmeabende, ein 180x200cm Bett, wobei man vom Schlafzimmer aus direkt auf den Werlsee blickt. Laute Parties sind leider nicht erwünsch, da auch alte Leute und ein kleines Kind im Haus wohnt und der Vermieter gleich nebenan ist.

I am renting out my my cozy two room flat in Grünheide for about 6 months while I am gone to Spain between October and March. We can still talk about the exact dates as I still have not fixed my plans.You could also stay a bit shorter or longer and there is the possibility to take over the contract in case I decide to stay in Spain. There is even a garden and a fire pit and the whole apartment is furnished . You could use all the equipment, including a cozy couch and a Beamer for movie night ;) The kitchen is fully equiped, and there is a 180cmx200cm bed and the nice thing is that from the bedroom you can look right at the lake. The neighbourhood is quiet so it is definitely not good for having parties as there are old people and the landlord leaving there .
