Ich suche ab 1.09. einen NachmieterIn für meine wunderschöne helle fast 48qm Wohnung im Hinterhof in der Torstraße 23. 2 Zimmer, Bad + Gäste-WC, Küche extra (Küche gegen Ablöse würde ich drinnen lassen), Waschmaschine ebenfalls.
Die Warmmiete liegt bei 405€.
Der Grundriss ist wirklich schön geschnitten. Vom Wohnzimmer kommt man ins Schlafzimmer und von da aus direkt ins große Bad mit Badewanne, wo immernoch Platz für einen Wäscheständer ist.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 1 ist direkt vor der Tür, ebenso die Lebensmittelläden Rewe und mit 5 min Fußweg erreicht man auch Lidl. Die Saale und die Rabeninsel sind nicht weit entfernt.
